From wearable robotics to the interaction between artificial intelligence and human intelligence The BioRobotics Institute of the Sant'Anna School participates in the new edition of RomeCup

The sixteenth edition of RomeCup, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, will be held from 3 to 5 May at the University Campus Bio-Medico in Rome and the Sala della Protomoteca at the Campidoglio. The event, dedicated to robotics and artificial intelligence, aims to spread innovation by connecting schools, research centres, companies, universities and institutions. The Institute of BioRobotics of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna will be present with a stand and more.


The AKO robot, the knee exoskeleton

Simona Crea, assistant professor at the Biorobotics Institute, will be speaking during the inaugural conference 'Advancing Technology for Humanity', scheduled for Wednesday 3 May at the Aula Magna of the University Campus Bio-Medico.
In addition to her talk, the BioRobotics Institute will be present with a stand where a video will be shown showing the main activities of the Institute's laboratories and where one of the latest robots developed in the wearable robotics laboratory will be on show: AKO, the knee exoskeleton to support walking.
